Dylan Laidlaw

Partner, Real Estate and Development

Dylan oversees acquisitions, finance, project economics, and operations at Clementine Ridge, drawing on a background in technology sales and client management to navigate complex businesses, manage long-term relationships, and translate financial and operational requirements into practical plans.

At Clementine Ridge, Dylan leads site selection, underwriting, financing, leasing, and asset management, working closely with David from acquisition through construction and stabilization.

David Laidlaw

David brings decades of construction experience to Clementine Ridge, having built his career from the trades into general contracting and construction management. He has worked across residential, commercial, and tenant improvement projects throughout California.

At Clementine Ridge, David oversees construction, subcontractors, project execution, and field operations. His hands-on experience gives the company direct insight into design, costs, scheduling, and the details that determine how a project ultimately gets built.
